- Redesigned sections of the customer servicing Web site that give users the ability to manage the debit cards associated with their account, including a simplified, single-page card order feature.
- Designed a feature that customers use to set and adjust savings goals, and redesigned the user interface for transferring money back and forth from their savings account.
- Created a stand-alone marketing education piece designed for users unfamiliar with banking products.

- Designed and developed Backstage 101, Sony's social marketing and online consumer education community.
- Developed Sony's Digital Darkroom, a digital photography community featuring user photo galleries, discussion forums, and group membership.
